1. Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or missing items that came with them, such as belts, will not be accepted.
- Swimwear and Socks:
- Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on our swimming suits, and socks line. These items are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Shoes:
- All shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoebox and must be unmarked and unsoiled.
- Colors:
- We displayed the colors as accurately as possible for the products on our online stores. However, computer monitors vary in how they display colors, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the same colors accurately.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team.
